This policy outlines our standards regarding data collection, protection, processing, and strict document deletion protocols designed to comply fully with Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement standards, and Egyptian Data Protection laws.

We believe in strict data minimization. We only process data necessary to provide a seamless, secure, and authentic discovery experience:

• Account Credentials: Basic contact details (such as full name, email address, and mobile phone number) provided willingly during registration or contact inquiries.
• Device & Telemetry Data: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic logs (device model, operating system version, and system crash analytics) collected solely to guarantee app performance and stability.
• Location Information: If you explicitly grant location permissions, we access precise or coarse location data solely to render nearby property listings and calculate route distances. Location data is never tracked in the background or sold to advertising brokers.

2. Advertiser Verification & Document Retention Policy

To reduce fraudulent, deceptive, or duplicate listings and safeguard property seekers on Telescomap, verification procedures are implemented for professional advertisers and real estate enterprises. The following terms govern this process strictly:

• Strictly Conditional Requests: Verification documents (such as corporate registration documents, national identification cards, or certified commercial broker licenses) are requested from advertisers and commercial businesses ONLY when specifically required for verified status. Ordinary users browsing properties are never asked for verification documentation.
• Exclusive Legitimate Purpose: Submitted verification materials are used strictly for fraud prevention, identity confirmation, and professional license validation.
• Zero Public Exposure or Commercialization: Verification documents are NEVER publicly displayed, never shared with third parties, never commercialized, and never used for advertising, marketing, or AI model training.
• Immediate Automated Deletion: All uploaded verification document files and images are automatically and permanently deleted immediately upon approval or rejection of the verification application.
• Minimal Metadata Retention: Telescotech retains only the minimum required audit metadata (specifically: binary verification status [true/false] and commercial license expiration date) strictly for audit verification and ongoing anti-fraud monitoring. No source identification images or raw documents remain on our servers.

3. User Data Rights & Permanent Account Deletion

In accordance with Apple and Google account deletion mandates, every registered user and advertiser possesses the unconditional right to request the complete and permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.

To execute complete account and personal data deletion:

1. Send an email directly from your registered email address to: contact@telescotech.com
2. Set the email subject line to: Account and Data Deletion Request
3. Specify your registered mobile phone number or username.

Upon receiving your request, our privacy team will verify your ownership and permanently purge your account record, active listings, search favorites, and personal identifiers from our production systems within thirty (30) days, sending you a final confirmation email.

4. Third-Party Sharing & Tracking Policies

We maintain an uncompromising stance regarding user surveillance:

• We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to data brokers.
• We do not implement third-party tracking cookies or advertising SDKs that monitor user activities across external third-party apps or websites.
• We do not feed private customer or listing communications to external third-party generative AI models.

5. Data Security Standards

We utilize modern, industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. All data transfers across Telescomap are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Access to internal administration systems is constrained by role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication.
