This document constitutes the official corporate Terms of Service ("Terms") issued by Telescotech for Programming and Information Technology L.L.C. ("Telescotech", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), an Egyptian limited liability company registered under Commercial Registry No. 313189 (Cairo Investment Office), in its capacity as the legal owner, developer, and operator of the Telescomap platform, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and associated digital services. By accessing or utilizing the Platform on web, iOS, or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Platform Role & Legal Status
Technology Discovery Platform Only
Telescomap serves solely as a software technology platform facilitating real estate discovery and spatial navigation. Telescotech is neither a licensed real estate broker nor a party to any contract or monetary transaction.
Telescomap is purely an interactive technology discovery marketplace and advertising medium. Telescotech is NOT a real estate broker, agent, brokerage, property owner, landlord, developer, property manager, escrow holder, or insurer.
Telescotech does not represent either buyer or seller, landlord or tenant. Any communications, inquiries, viewings, negotiations, down payments, contracts, or financial settlements are entered into entirely and exclusively between the platform user and the third-party advertiser. Telescotech assumes no fiduciary duties, agency relationship, or liability for transactions arising out of listing discoveries.
2. Advertiser Liability & Warranties
Advertisers (including licensed real estate brokers, independent agencies, private property owners, and development companies) are solely liable for all submitted content, including:
- Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of property prices, currencies, installment plans, and maintenance fees.
- Authenticity and licensing rights of all uploaded photographs, floor plans, and vertical video tours ("Property Reels").
- Geographic coordinates, unit dimensions, room counts, and completion status.
- Possession of all necessary legal authorities, government permits, and commercial licenses required to market or sell the property under Egyptian law.
Advertisers warrant that submitted listings do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights, and comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection statutes.
3. Content Moderation & Listing Removal
To preserve marketplace trust, data hygiene, and end-user safety, Telescotech reserves the absolute, unilateral right to:
- Review, filter, flag, hide, suspend, or permanently delete duplicate, deceptive, misleading, outdated, or fraudulent listings without prior notice or refund.
- Suspend or terminate the account of any advertiser who engages in misleading marketing, publishes false pricing, breaches community standards, or submits forged verification documents.
- Cooperate with competent regulatory, legal, and consumer protection authorities in Egypt regarding formal fraud inquiries.
4. Verification Disclaimer
Certain advertisers on the platform may display a "Verified" badge. This badge signifies exclusively that the advertiser has successfully submitted identity documentation or commercial registration details and completed procedural verification checks administered by Telescotech.
Verification does NOT constitute:
- An official endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by Telescotech.
- A guarantee of financial stability, commercial creditworthiness, or professional competence of the advertiser.
- A warranty of property title, absence of encumbrances, construction quality, or compliance with municipal building codes.
Users are urged and advised to conduct their own independent legal due diligence, title searches, and property inspections through licensed attorneys and engineering consultants prior to signing agreements or transferring funds.
5. AI Tool Disclaimer (Noor AI)
The Platform incorporates "Noor AI", an automated conversational and exploratory decision-support aid designed to assist users with search navigation, localized neighborhood information, and general market overviews.
Non-Reliance on Automated AI Outputs
Noor AI is an automated exploratory guidance tool only. Noor AI does NOT provide certified legal, financial, tax, engineering, or real estate appraisal counsel.
Algorithmic responses produced by Noor AI are generated based on mathematical patterns and available platform data. Telescotech makes no guarantees regarding the legal accuracy, financial viability, or completeness of AI-generated summaries. Users must not rely on Noor AI as a substitute for professional legal, valuation, or structural engineering counsel.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
